Meet Rechard Larkin
Rechard A. Larkin is a pastor, author, educator, coach, chaplain, and entrepreneur committed to helping people become who God created them to be—and helping leaders and organizations build what they have been entrusted to steward.
For more than two decades, he has served individuals, families, churches, businesses, and communities through preaching, teaching, coaching, publishing, leadership development, compassionate care, and practical systems.
His work is grounded in one conviction: when people understand who they are, clarify why they are here, and faithfully steward what God has placed in their hands, their lives can produce impact that reaches far beyond them.

My commitment is to help people become who God created them to be and help leaders and organizations build what they have been called to steward.
